We were in Livingston Manor and my son found this place on google maps and wanted to try it. It looks modest from the outside and we weren’t sure what to expect when we got there. It smelled amazing when we walked in and we could already tell it was going to be good. We had the skordalia garlic dip to start and it was amazing.m - the pitas were soft and satisfyingly chewy. Plan to avoid people for the next 24 hours because you will reek of garlic and it’s sooo worth it. We also tried the pork and chicken souvlaki platter and gyro and everything was delicious. Even the side salad had homemade dressing that was so good we ate it all. It was also fun to drink mythos beer again, which we haven’t had since being in Greece. We finished with some baklava that was perfectly sweet, flaky, and sticky - just the way it should be. We had a great meal and already can’t wait to go back next time we are in the Catskills!

I’ve been dining in Roscoe for close to 40 years, and I can confidently say that Kasos Greek Restaurant serves some of the freshest, most flavorful food in Roscoe. Kasos feels like it was made with care and top-quality ingredients. The vegetables are always crisp, the meats are grilled to perfection, and the homemade sauces and dips—especially the tzatziki—are outstanding. You can really taste the difference in their commitment to freshness and authenticity. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy without feeling crowded. Kasos has quickly become a go-to spot for my family. If you're looking for Roscoe’s best and freshest, look no further than Kasos.

Phenomenal! We stopped at this tiny spot on the way to my parent’s cabin up in Arkville, and it was delicious! I got the lamb gyro and my son got a (less adventurous) bacon cheeseburger. My gyro was very tasty, the lamb was season perfectly. The vegetables were crisp and the pita was soft, warm and delicious. It came with a Greek salad that, while not truly Greek (it had lettuce) it was wonderful nonetheless. My son ordered his burger medium rare and it came closer to medium well, but he said it tasted great, regardless. Highly recommend this little spot!

We have been passing this restaurant for a long time while traveling on Route 17. We finally made the plunge and we are very happy we did. Wonderful greeting by staff and the service was terrific throughout our meal. Exceptionally clean and terrific ambiance. And the most important part - the food was delicious. All fresh ingredients for the salads, fresh breads, tasty sauces and meats done perfectly. - Thank you and see you soon!

We stopped on our way up to Binghamton University. What a gem in Roscoe. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The place was spotless. The food was plentiful and delicious. Run to Kasos!!!!

Great food, great service! We stopped in for lunch during the week were greeted promptly and served quickly. The menu has something for everyone, we had gyro platters and everything came out hot, fresh and delicious. The owner personally checked on us to make sure we were happy. We had a great lunch in a beautiful restaurant in a quaint little town.

A great stop on our road trip! Didn’t know what to expect as we got off the highway, but was so pleasantly surprised! I would recommend this place to anybody. Cozy place, great food, nice people. Yassou!

The four of us initially went to a different eatery on the same street. We were ignored even though the place was not busy. We walked out and went to Kaso’s. We were immediately greeted warmly, seated, and our dietary preferences were accommodated with no problem. Friendly, simple ambience. Yummy food. Highly recommend.
